In my experience, you can't get through on the phone. They are busy on a Monday. Shutters are down on a Tuesday. I wish they would tell me when I can fall ill, and then see a doctor. I am running out of my repeat prescription. I would like to know what the surgery is run for, not for the good of patients, absolutely pathetic. Why don't they give the practice to a body of medics that can see patients on a daily basis, and genuinely want to help people. Gave four stars for cleanliness, because its probably shut most of the time. I haven't tried at weekends, now that would be a challenge, get an answerphone telling you call back in a couple of weeks, possibly. Its all very well having a slick and efficient looking website when its absolutely useless. Try getting the OAP's, to negotiate all this. Not thinking about them are they?

This review covers the period from 8/11/18 to 3/12/18. I had to visit Larwood surgery regularly during that period as I had a post operative wound which required cleaning & dressing. Throughout that period I received nothing but outstanding care from all of the nurses & one doctor involved in my care. Their prompt action throughout prevented a wound infection from becoming something much worse. A big thank you to all involved.

The whole team works well together regardless of their status, keep that up. The reception staff have always been very helpful and let me take my time, even if there are others waiting behind me. The whole team will explain as often as needed until I understand and don't make me feel daft or try top rush me out of the door. I didn't think the new system would work but I have used it a few times and once you have used it, I find it brilliant. The Dr's are more than happy for you to fetch a.n. other to help you and the Dr.

The new online service is excellent. Had a number of occasions to use it and i'm impressed.
